Three Communities, One Local Team
Ancaster, Dundas and Stoney Creek each kept their own character after joining the City of Hamilton in 2001. Dundas sits in the valley below the Niagara Escarpment, Ancaster spreads across the top of it, and Stoney Creek runs from the escarpment down to the Lake Ontario shoreline.
The Enfield Group Inc. serves condominium boards in all three communities from our office at 5150 Fairview Street in Burlington, a short drive along Highway 403 to Ancaster and Dundas, or along the QEW to Stoney Creek.
We are a family-owned firm founded in 1927 and now in our fourth generation, ACMO 2000 certified and licensed by the Condominium Management Regulatory Authority of Ontario (CMRAO). Our Hamilton ties run deep, including downtown Hamilton parking lots we have operated since 1965.
Townhouse Corporations We Understand
Townhouse and low-rise developments are the kind of property that makes up most of the 2,000+ units we manage. They are common across Ancaster, Dundas and Stoney Creek.
Smaller corporations deserve a manager who pays attention. Your board gets unfettered access to our President, Greg Fraleigh, who has nearly 50 years of hands-on experience, and owners and residents can reach our 24/7 live support at any hour.
Escarpment and Lakeshore Realities
Properties near the escarpment can face steep grades, retaining walls and heavy spring runoff. Communities closer to the lake deal with wind, ice and freeze-thaw wear on roofs, siding, decks and paving.
We build these realities into preventive maintenance schedules, annual budgets and your reserve fund study, so repairs are planned rather than rushed.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you manage small townhouse corporations?
Small townhouse corporations are a good fit for us, and there is no minimum corporation size. Townhome and low-rise corporations make up most of the 2,000+ units we manage, and small corporations get the same access to our team and our President as large ones.
How often will our manager visit the property?
Site visits are scheduled in your management agreement to suit your corporation, and your manager also attends board meetings and AGMs. Our office is a short drive away in Burlington.
Who handles snow clearing and landscaping contracts?
We do. We obtain competitive quotes, recommend contractors to the board, and supervise the work through the season.
How do you tender major repairs?
We work from your reserve fund study, prepare a scope of work with your engineer where needed, obtain competitive quotes, and present the options to the board before work begins. We then oversee the project to completion.
Can our board speak with the President?
Yes. Unfettered access to our President, Greg Fraleigh, is one of our core commitments.
How do we request a proposal?
Fill in our Request a Proposal form or call 905-689-7341.
