Lakefront and Townhome Communities
West Niagara has a wide range of condominiums, from waterfront buildings at Grimsby on the Lake to townhouse and bungalow-townhouse communities in Grimsby, Beamsville and Vineland.

Winter weather near the lake and the escarpment can change quickly. We tender snow clearing and salting contracts, set clear service standards with contractors, and follow up when something is missed.
In spring and summer we manage landscaping, drainage and grounds contracts so common areas stay in good shape, and we build exterior work into the budget and the reserve fund plan.
