Owners and residents can reach our 24/7 live support at any hour, and every board has unfettered access to our President, Greg Fraleigh, who has 40 years of hands-on experience.
We provide full-service management: budgets and monthly financial statements, common expense collection, reserve fund planning, maintenance and contractor supervision, governance support and status certificates.
