In 2020 the rulebook got tossed out the window. Covid-19 brought challenges to an industry built largely on in-person meetings and communication, affecting maintenance and project schedules, budget changes and a need to rethink the way we do business. It hasn't been easy.

When we became an ACMO 2000 Certified property management firm in 2012 https://www.acmo.org/acmo-2000/acmo-2000-firms it meant a commitment to ongoing service to this industry - the 'gold standard' of condominium property management. This has meant we've been rigorously attentive to changes in the condo world, and receptive to the offerings provided to keep us educated. We advocate for the people and communities it is our duty to serve.

Information is power when owners and residents have been provided with any and everything that is going on within their community, they have the ability to rest easy. You can fully understand and comprehend what has occurred and shall be occurring within your community whether it's window washing schedules or anything along those lines.

We started out manufacturing windows and then built our own homes. We know the business like the back of our hand. We bring experience, foresight and a wealth of industry contacts to keep you connected to the game.

Under Enfield guidance we encourage and foster open and honest communication which facilitates robust owner engagements. We support committees and owner involvement where and whenever possible. The strength of any community comes from within which is something our property managers honour, respect and encourage. It’s a lifestyle that we live by in our own communities.

Examples of our involvement within the community at large is our regular donations to the Grace Anglican Food Bank in Waterdown. We also were rewarded for ten years of outstanding support to tCamp Trillium, Childhood Cancer Support Centre.
