More Than Condominium Management
The Enfield Group Inc. has managed and developed property since 1927. Alongside condominium management, our group looks after residential rental buildings, non-profit housing, commercial condominium units and parking in downtown Hamilton.
Whatever the property, owners get the same things: clear financial reporting, responsive service, 24/7 live support, and unfettered access to our President, Greg Fraleigh, who has 40 years of hands-on experience.
Commercial Condominium Units
Our portfolio of more than 2,000 units is mainly townhome and low-rise residential, and it also includes commercial units within low-rise corporations.
Mixed-use corporations need a manager who understands both sides: residential and commercial owners share a building but often have different needs for access, signage, waste, insurance and cost-sharing under the declaration.
Residential Rental Buildings
Residential rentals in our group are handled by Apt Rental Services Limited, part of The Enfield Group. Tenancies are managed in line with Ontario’s Residential Tenancies Act.

Development Experience
Our President, Greg Fraleigh, built The Madison at 174 Mountain Park Avenue, Hamilton’s first luxury condominium, and our group developed Stonecroft Townhomes at 2061 Maria Street and 509 Elizabeth Street in Burlington.
