24/7 Live Support

Headquartered in Burlington

Our office is in the heart of Halton

The Enfield Group Inc. is based at 5150 Fairview Street, Suite 204, in Burlington, so Halton boards work with a management company whose office is close to home. We are open Monday to Friday, 8 am to 1 pm and 2 pm to 4 pm, and owners and residents can reach our 24/7 live support at any hour.

We are a family-owned company founded in 1927 by William John Fraleigh and now in our fourth generation. We are ACMO 2000 certified and licensed by the Condominium Management Regulatory Authority of Ontario (CMRAO).

Today we manage more than 2,000 units, mainly in townhome and low-rise condominium corporations, with some commercial units.

Burlington and Oakville

Lakeshore communities along the QEW

Burlington: our home base. We serve condominium boards from Aldershot and the downtown waterfront to Appleby, Millcroft and Alton Village.

Oakville: next door along the QEW, from Bronte and Glen Abbey to the Uptown Core and North Oakville. See our Oakville condo management page.

Being based in Burlington means your manager can reach Burlington and Oakville properties quickly for site visits, board meetings and AGMs, and can meet contractors on site when it matters.

Milton and Halton Hills

Growing communities along Highway 401

Milton: one of the fastest-growing communities in Ontario, with many newer townhouse and low-rise corporations. New corporations need careful attention in their first years after turnover, from warranty items to the first reserve fund study.

Halton Hills: including Georgetown and Acton, where established townhouse communities sit alongside newer developments.

For newer corporations we help the board settle into its role: setting up governance and records, building the first budgets, keeping track of warranty items, and planning the reserve fund.

Why Halton Boards Choose Enfield

Planned maintenance: reserve fund studies every three years, preventive maintenance schedules and competitive quotes.

Townhouse know-how: roofs, roads, grounds and windows are everyday work for our team. See townhouse condo management.
