“If you like the idea of living in the country but are trying to find an apartment to rent, there aren’t many buildings to choose from. Carlisle is great. We are an apartment building for seniors—not assisted living—and we offer a very nice, inexpensive place to live. The repairs are top-notch, and we do a lot of work that people don’t see: the rent monies go right back into the building. We have lovely grounds with Grindstone Creek right behind us. It’s a beautiful place to live.”

We have had a number of big projects done since 2018 that they have assisted us with, providing qualified, professional companies and contractors for quotes for the specialized work. Some of the projects were new bay windows, new roof and skylights, and new eaves and downspouts.

They are also very responsive when we have issues brought forward by a unit owner. Our assigned representative, Sarah Petrie, ensures that the issues are brought forward to the board promptly so the necessary action can be taken in a timely manner.

I have referred another Condo Corp to Enfield that was having issues with their current property manager company. I would not hesitate to recommend them to any corporation that is looking for a property management firm."
