A Local, Family-Owned Alternative
Oakville boards have plenty of choice, including large national management firms. The Enfield Group Inc. offers something different: a family-owned company founded in 1927 by William John Fraleigh, now in its fourth generation, with decisions made locally by the people who own the business.
Your board has unfettered access to our President, Greg Fraleigh, who brings 40 years of hands-on property management experience. When something needs a decision, you can reach the person who makes it.
We are an ACMO 2000 certified firm, licensed by the Condominium Management Regulatory Authority of Ontario (CMRAO), and members of ACMO and CCI-GHC. Today we manage more than 2,000 units, mainly in townhome and low-rise corporations.
Next Door in Burlington
Oakville borders Burlington, and our office at 5150 Fairview Street, Suite 204, is a short drive away along the QEW. That makes it easy for your property manager to attend board meetings, AGMs and site inspections in person.
Our office is open Monday to Friday, 8 am to 1 pm and 2 pm to 4 pm, and owners and residents can reach our 24/7 live support at any hour. Call us at 905-689-7341.
Townhome and Low-Rise Focus
Townhome and low-rise corporations make up most of the 2,000+ units we manage. In Oakville they range from established townhouse communities in Glen Abbey and River Oaks to newer developments in North Oakville.
These corporations share a particular set of responsibilities: roofs, siding and windows across many separate buildings, private roads and driveways, snow clearing, landscaping and drainage. We plan for them in your budget and reserve fund study, and we manage the contractors who do the work.
Small and large corporations get the same direct line to our team.

Frequently Asked Questions
What does condo management cost in Oakville?
Fees depend on the size of your corporation, the services you need and the condition of the property. We prepare a proposal for your board after learning about your community, so you can see what is included before you decide.
How is Enfield different from national firms?
We are a family-owned company that has been in business since 1927. Your board has unfettered access to our President, Greg Fraleigh, and our office is next door in Burlington.
Do you manage stacked townhouses?
Stacked and traditional townhouse corporations fit our focus. Most of the 2,000+ units we manage are in townhome and low-rise corporations, so shared roofs, decks, roads and grounds are familiar work for our team.
How do you report finances to the board?
Your board receives monthly financial statements, and we support your auditor at year end. Each year we prepare the budget with the board and keep reserve fund planning up to date.
How is the transition from our current manager handled?
We work with your board on the notice terms in your current contract, then arrange the handover of records, funds, keys and contractor information, set up banking and owner communications, and introduce your new manager to owners.
