Deep Hamilton Roots
The Enfield Group Inc. is a family-owned property management firm founded in 1927 by William John Fraleigh and now led by its fourth generation. Hamilton has been part of our story for decades. We have operated parking lots in downtown Hamilton since 1965, and our President, Greg Fraleigh, built The Madison at 174 Mountain Park Avenue, Hamilton’s first luxury condominium, opposite the top of the Wentworth Stairs.
Today we manage more than 2,000 units, mainly in townhome and low-rise condominium corporations. Our office at 5150 Fairview Street in Burlington is a short drive from Hamilton by the QEW or Highway 403, so your property manager is close by for site visits, board meetings and AGMs.
We are an ACMO 2000 certified firm and a licensed condominium management provider under the Condominium Management Regulatory Authority of Ontario (CMRAO). We are members of ACMO and the Canadian Condominium Institute Golden Horseshoe Chapter (CCI-GHC), which serves Hamilton and the surrounding region.
Why Hamilton Boards Choose Enfield
Every board we serve has unfettered access to our President, Greg Fraleigh, who brings 40 years of hands-on property management experience. Owners and residents can reach our 24/7 live support at any hour, so after-hours problems are answered by a person.
We prepare monthly financial statements, keep your records ready for your auditor, and give your board clear numbers to make decisions with. We work for owners and developers alike, from established corporations to brand-new communities.
Townhouse and Low-Rise Expertise
Most of the 2,000+ units we manage are in townhome and low-rise condominium corporations. That focus shapes how we work: roofs, windows, decks, driveways and landscaping; snow clearing and grounds contracts; and reserve fund planning for components that wear out on their own schedule.
Whether your corporation is a townhouse community on the Mountain or a low-rise building in the lower city, you get a manager who knows how to balance owner expectations with a realistic budget.
