The Enfield Group is actively working with affiliates to keep educated and updated on changes within the industry. Effective property management draws on the experience of others, not trial and error. Our affiliates offer assistance and guidance in all areas of our field. This is how we succeed.

ACMO 2000

(Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario)

The Enfield Group achieved their ACMO 2000 designation in 2012 thereby ensuring owners will receive a consistent level of professional excellence in management. The ACMO 2000 Certification Program is based upon measurable standards undertaken by an independent auditor, ensuring fairness and credibility.

CCI

(Canadian Condominium Institute)

CCI promotes and protects the condominium industry across Canada. Each region is designated into chapters which serve their local community bodies providing education, networking and professional insight. The Enfield Group is a member of the CCI Golden Horseshoe Chapter. We receive continued education through seminars and webinars offered by CCI, and timely updates on forecast or current changes to the Condominium Act of Ontario, 1998.

ONPhA

(Ontario Non-Profit Housing Association)

A key educator and important advocate for the people who reside in the properties, the ONPHA actively promotes Non-Profit housing as a sustainable, active investment. Development of communities must come with future generations in mind. Rents must remain affordable. Our buildings must be sustainable, energy efficient

CHFC

(Co-Operative Housing Federation of Canada)

There is a rapidly increasing need for core housing in Canada. CHFC acts as a mentor for co-operative communities in need of guidance. They develop long-term strategies, provide education and resources, and a network for co-operative housing communities.
